How the Gummy & Softgel Counting Line Works
The gummy and softgel counting and bottling process can be divided into four main stages, from empty bottle feeding and product counting to capping, sealing, labeling and finished bottle collection.
Bottle Feeding & Positioning
Empty bottles are automatically organized, oriented and transferred onto the conveyor to provide a stable and continuous bottle supply for the following counting and packaging processes.
Gummy & Softgel Counting
Gummies or softgel capsules are fed, separated and automatically counted according to the preset quantity before being filled into each bottle. A desiccant pouch can also be inserted when required by the product and packaging process.
Capping & Optional Sealing
Filled bottles are automatically capped and tightened. When induction sealing is required, compatible aluminum foil liners can then be sealed to the bottle opening before the bottles continue to the labeling process.
Labeling & Bottle Collection
Labels are automatically applied to the finished bottles. The bottles are then transferred to the collection turntable for organized accumulation or transfer to the next packaging process.
