How the Tablet & Capsule Bottling Line Works
The complete bottling process is divided into four main stages. Each machine performs a specific function while working continuously with the next machine in the line.
Bottle Feeding & Preparation
Empty bottles are automatically organized, oriented and transferred onto the conveyor, providing a stable and continuous bottle supply for the counting process.
Counting & Bottle Filling
Tablets or capsules are counted according to the required quantity and filled into each bottle. A desiccant pouch can then be automatically inserted when required by the packaging process.
Capping & Induction Sealing
Filled bottles are automatically capped and tightened. The induction sealing machine then seals compatible aluminum foil liners to help create a secure bottle closure before labeling.
Labeling & Bottle Collection
Labels are automatically applied to the finished bottles. The bottles are then transferred to the collection turntable for organized accumulation and the next packaging operation.
